Ordering and shipping

 

Delivery times

In principle, your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment and will be ready for dispatch within one working day

- Within Germany
We ship with DHL. Delivery within Germany takes approximately 1–3 business days.

- Within the EU and Switzerland
We ship the DivineCup within the EU and Switzerland with Deutsche Post. Delivery within the EU/Switzerland usually takes 4–14 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs within Germany are 4.95 euros including VAT.

Shipping costs to the following countries are:

  • Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg = 11.50 euros including VAT.
  • Switzerland = 20.60 euros including VAT.

Shipment tracking

Once we ship your product, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a link to track your package.

Order not received

Please wait for our stated delivery times. You can track your delivery using the tracking link we sent you in a confirmation email. If you have not received your product after this time, you can contact the delivery service DHL. You can also contact us via our Contact form contact us.
