Returns & Withdrawal

We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you still wish to make a return, the following conditions apply:

Hygiene Products

Menstrual cups are hygiene products and are therefore excluded from exchange and returns. This policy ensures that our products meet the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Right of Withdrawal (only for unopened Periodt. products)

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. A return is only possible if the product seal is intact and unopened.

No Returns for Opened Products

Since Periodt. is a dietary supplement, returns are excluded once the packaging has been opened. This complies with legal regulations for food and dietary supplements (Section 312g (2) No. 3 German Civil Code).

Complaints & Damaged Goods

If your product was delivered damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at info@divine.shop. We will find a solution.
